Spinal cord is hurting what should i do?

ok my back was hurting earlier now my spine is getting the pain along with my back and im real nauseus what should i do should i go to the e.r. and should i let my girlfriend know that im going to the e.r. because shes at homecoming and i decided to take yalls advice andd stayed home should i let her know, and should i be scared to ask my mom to go to the e.r.

Go to the ER and make sure you get an x-ray. And then Call your girlfriend so you don't ruin her night. Or you could go ahead and call her so she knows...But then she'd probabley be worried if she really does care about you.

You don't explain the reason why its hurting. Did you hurt yourself? OK, I think you should call someone to have you checked, it could be serious. Good luck.
