I don't know anything about the machines. I heard they are very invasive and painful. But you could get an Inversion Table. They are only around $300. I used Teeter Hangups inversion table and loved it! You start out at a small decline and work up to total inversion. The best stretch I ever had. I would always feel rejuvinated.
