What could b the best position to use a laptop for hours if i want to save my spinal chord?

well depends on what kinda chair you use. using laptops when we take it outside, we used to sit down in a variety of chairs. but when in your home or office if you got the right to choose your kinda chair, consult your doctor on what kinda chairs are recommended for good spine support. also use wrist pads if you using an external cute little notebook mouse, so you wont be experiencing pain due to long time clicking. what to do, the pc companies gotta be finding a solution. sounds like you a doctor too, maybe just a phd holder. lolz. so, hope this helps. sorry too.
