Does anyone know of a solution to a burning kidney sensation in people with spinal cord injuries?

Individual does not cath, has little trouble voiding urine, eats healthy, takes few meds (only baclofen - 80mg per day), does not drink alcohol, smoke or take illicit drugs. Kidney tests show that his kidneys are fine. Could it just be stress?

Answers:
Saw Pallmetto gel caps cheap and works better than the Dr. did.
It could be the baclofen. Maybe the dosage is a bit strong. I know when my boyfriend took it he was more thirsty. He was less amorous, too, but that's beside the point. Try to get him to drink more water. It doesn't sound like a kidney infection. But what about a bladder infection. Good solution for that is cranberry juice. It will clear up either one. Other than that, I would say that it may be stress related.
