DIsability probably would not be considered until you have reached maximum medical improvement. When the doctors say there is nothing more they can do and you still have problems, then you may qualify for disability.
No this does not qualify you for disability especially if they can be treated even surgically. It doesn't matter if you have insurance or not.
See a doctor for an evaluation. Likely is.
yes its a good enough reason
do you think disability will somehow soothe the pain? you're wrong! it'll only get worse.
go see a good doctor and get your problems fixed. the doctor can also help you find financial assistance.
That is most often a condition known as Stenosis and can be corrected with surgery unless it is really advanced and has further complications such as an arthritic component. In almost all cases like this disability will be denied, especially on the first attempt. Appeal with the help of a lawyer if you really can demonstrate that it is beyond repair or treatment.
Well the long and short of this is yes..if you have been out of work for a year..you then must apply for S.S.D.I. and a doctor note stating you have a permanent injury..it is a long time to get approved ...so get started...some times a att. may have to get involved to speed things along.they get a cut so try it yourself.go to soc.sec.office near you for paperwork good luck...izzy
