Will my titanium roda and screws go off in a metal detector from spinal fusion?

No it won't as I have them too. If you are worried about it then acquire a note from your Orthopedist that will explain the reason for metal implants. I have one, but I never had to use it yet.
No my wife has those and she never gets a beep. However, my grandma has a fake hip, as does my boss, and those DO set off the alarms. Apparently it has to do with size of the metal piece.
I don't know, walk through one and let's find out.
