Is there a cure for paraplegia caused by the C6-C7 spinal injury?

C6-C7 spinal cord injury initially caused quadriplegia, which later on comverted to paraplegia. Is there a sure shot cure for this or is there anything which can make the situation better?

Answers:
AT this time there is no sure shot cure for spinal cord damage. The spinal cord injury can improve with time, as noted with the quadriplegia turning into paraplegia. This, however, was probably due to a decrease in inflammation and the contusion about the spinal cord in a short period of time after the injury. There can be some improvement and healing of the damaged tissues over time, but not sure shot cure. Follow your doctor's and physical therapist's advice and perform all of the therapies and exercises that they recommend. This can help over time. You may also want to find a natural-based healthcare practitioner to evaluate you and see about supporting the nerve tissue. Good luck!
There is no cure for paraplegia and there never will be. I am a paraplegic born with spina bifida.
the treatement is
care of bed sores and good nursing care,
bowel and bladder care
some multivitamins support
and most important is physiotherapy
if cause is a infarct then antiplatelets like aspirin, nootropil, etc.
but mind you , this is the only treatment to improve the situation
