Answers:
If you've been getting the correct antibiotics and it's bacterial meningitis, the spinal tap should come back negative. However, if the meningitis was incorrectly diagnosed as bacterial, or you've been given drugs that don't cover the pathogen causing the meningitis, the spinal tap would probably come back positive. It might be a relapse of the other meningitis cases you've had, or you might be coming down with another infection. Definately call your parents and tell them how you feel, then I'd suggest laying down and watching some quiet tv!
Call your parents. Like you said meningitis is dangerous and if you are being treated for it this is a serious situation.
