I just had my second steroid epidural shot in my back called a spinal block has anyone else felt like there?

If your talking about your heart feeling like that while they were injecting the medication into your spine. Yes its pretty common...scared the you know what out of me though. You'd think the doctor would warn you that you that this may happen.
Yeah steriods raise Blood pressure,eat garlic or a whole onion to bring down BP.
