What does a doctor do when treating a person that has a spinal injury?

When the injury occured up to 72 hours

Answers:
The Drs will fully examine the patient from head to toe, then a you will be sent to have a ct scan,m r i scan, and x-rays.Then the necessary treatment will be given.
Fold the patient carefully into 2 equal halves then bounce repeatedly around the room until total paralysis or death
first and foremost a ct scan then a m. r. i is essential i know because i lost my job due to a back injury detected by this process
no one will employ me now dont make that mistake it no joke having no money you find out who your friends are for real
All depends on what the injury is, but probably an x-ray might be in order, but if your not happy with what the doc says go for asecond opinion, as your back is very important and sometimes it can be quite difficlut to the diagonsis right first time. Good luck.
