Does anyone have any info on therapiesor medications that have worked on spinal cord injuries, in any country?

I am looking for anything, I was injured in a car accident and am a T8 spinal cord injury, I just want to walk again and want to know if anyone has had any success with stem cells, therapies, anything, please any help would be appriciated.
