I had meningites (TB) and I lost motor function cuz spinal cord injury may be it heal?

From what i know the spinal cord is very fragile and does not heal. I do not know tho if there is a medical procedure they can try or not tho.
I got SCI after getting in a car accident. I hate to tell you this but there are things in our body that just don't heal and yes our spinal cord is one of them. I have a T5 complete break and yes that means I can't move anything under my chest.

I've been living as a SCI for about two years now and trust me it ain't easy but there's always ways to live on and have fun, like the foundation says right "Life Rolls On!"
