Who should I see? Am I going to loose my spinal?
I am 34 years old and got married recently but I have been developed severe lower back pain which also gets worse; it looks the pain is on my back muscles but I feel it sometimes on my spinal disc. Anti--pain pills would no offer help anymore; I can not sit or stand in few minutes ,and I do walk and still nothing is improving. help please.

There are a lot of things that it could be--sciatica is the first that comes to mind, as it is very common. It's impossible to diagnose you over the Internet.
You can try a visit to the doctor. If you're lucky the doctor will take it seriously and investigate further. More likely he will say--as they did to me many times before it was discovered I had a serious, degenerative orthopedic problem--"we can't really diagnose back problems well, and even if we could we can't really treat them anyway. Everyone's back hurts, that's the way life is, get over it."
If you get that reaction, try a chiropractor. Whatever you think about chiropractic treatment, at least they will actually believe you and do a workup and try to figure out the problem. My regular doctor wasn't even willing to take an Xray--at least, not until the chiropractor verified something was really wrong, and subsequently an ER doctor called my doctor and read him the riot act.
Oh, and BTW, try Aleve if you haven't already. It's the only thing that works for me.
go see an orthopedic doctor
It can be a glitched bit of soft membrane that is supposed to protect the spinal bones.
If that's the case, and it might be, you'll have to wait a very long time. There is no way any doctor can solve this condition; the nerves simply die on their own.
See your GP first, pleaaase. You can't get an appointment with a specialist like that, especially when no one is sure what it is...
It's like saying 'ZOMG I THNK I HAVE KANCER I NEEEEED 2 SEE AN ONKOLOGIZT'.
You should go and see a doctor. If it is a problem with the spine
( most of the time when is not a muscle pain, could be a sciatica or worse a hernia of one of vertebral disks) you urgently got to see a doctor.
If you are overweight and have a sedentary life is good after the treatment he recommends you (that could be medication but also surgical, in certain situations) to start a diet and exercise, but don't do that without to see a doctor. I hope the doctor will do you the right investigations and treatment to help you through. I wish you a painless Christmas !
You are probably an early case of osteoporosis check with your Dr he can refer you to a osteoporosis and arthritis Dr. It is better to get yourself checked now before you really start on that bad road. My mother has osteoporosis and she was getting smaller but medication stopped it. Although she discovered it about 8 years ago she is 81 now. Trust me we women have to watch out for our bodies i already had my checkup for the disease. There was no trace but of course i drink lots of milk which helps. Hope this helps. Take care girl.
