How has your life changed or not changed after spinal surgery?
I have had 3 back surgeries. Last one they fused my L4-L5. Just frustrated. How or if your life has changed since surgery?
i Had that done 4th;5th i when i was 17 i worked 55-70 hours a week for 331/2 years as a machinist. Yes a have a few bad days a year too but it depends all how you push yourself and how much you can really do. Hang in there and take your time dont do dumb things let it heal good. Good luck
