I have had two spinal fusions and I am still having alot of pain the Docter doesnt seem to believe me.?

I have degenerative disk disease and this is my second operation I must go back to my surgeon on May 4th but I feel that he doesnt believe that I am still having significant pain levels. My husband (I believe) just thinks I'm hooked on pain pills which my family docter so kindly provides for me even though my surgeon wouldn't. I am so discouraged. I dont know what I should do next. and I have been praying about this. Maybe someone can give me some good advise.

Answers:
Its time to go see another Dr. who does believe you.
you know you body better than any Dr.
go to a different doctor for a second op ion .also try massage therapy
Definetly see a new doc, and Rich is right mx therepy would probably help you. You also might want to keep notes on this doc who doesnt believe you. Times you visit him, what he says about your pain, so on and so forth. Just in case things worsen. I wish I would have done that with my old doc. I could have sued her for my overdose, on seizure meds.
