Should I see a doctor about neck pain and spinal stress?
I suffer from frequent pain of the two muscle tendons that hold your head up on the back of your head. I figured this was normal, until recently the top of my spine has begun to ache. Am I overreacting?
Answers:
No! It's never "nothing" when something hurts. Your brain is trying to tell you something. The longer you leave this unchecked, this worse it could get. Schedule an appointment today, good luck. Temporarily, a reusable ice pack on the spots that hurt help numb the pain.
no,you're not overreacting because it could be something serious and i would see a doctor

no go see a bone dr. immediately. after xrays show maybe a pinched nerve or something he/she may recommend a chiropractor. believe me it will be good to do that.
you could have strained that area but honey you need to got to the doctor I mean why take the chance it's your neck your dealing with.
See a chiropractor. I'm not kidding. Mine changed my life. Turned two discs in my spine with no surgery, Fixed a problem in my lower back I had for 20 years.
You should definitely go to a Chiropractor. I have back problems and it helps tremendously. When ever I get adjusted, it feels like a weight has been lifted off my back.
No you're not over reacting. I suffer from chronic neck pain due to a car accident injury. You should try a few chiropractic adjustments and some neuro-muscular massages. Unless you had an accident or a serious head or neck injury a short set of treatments will probably help.
Just see a chiropractor. you'll be fine.
A professional consultation always helps. This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Why don't you try some time tested home remedies? I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
