Having bad neck pains that's also causing my spinal cord to hurt what's going pn with me?
Neck pains spinal cord pains?
Answers:
sounds like a pinched nerve. call your doctor or go to a chiropracter. They can help you.
cut back on the stress and do breathing exercises
My dad is a chiro, and I do massage therapy. Do go see your chiro as soon as possible. Until then, try ice. Apply for twenty minutes at a time. (on for 20, off for 20, on for 20...) I was always told that heat will further damage the tissue, so I hope the ice works. If not, have a stiff drink or two! :)
Get an MRI, it sounds like you got a possible chronically injury or a even more serious disk problem. Try to see a back specialist as soon as possible, don't go to a chiropractor they are usually not what you really need.
I don't think it's your spinal cord that hurts unless you injured your spine (nerve root compression is one cause). Your spinal cord is inside the backbone. I'm not a chiropractor so I would suggest seeing one. They'll give you an x-ray and can find the cause and recommend treatment if necessary. An ice pack or something similar on your neck will ease pain but it will only be temporary.
If there is just a mild pain, then it may just be a mild complaint. A man complains that his left arm hurts and no one knows whether he's been lifting boxes all day or he's having a heart attack. You could have a pinched nerve, but you should see a doctor to be sure.
