Cysts/lymp found in the lower back, left of spinal cord?

my mom had a surgery for pre-cancerous cells and is taking tamoxifen. Naturally she is having many side-effects but no longer has insurance. Recently she has been developing cysts in the back. I believe there are 3 of them lower back, left of spinal. Although this requires professional medical attention and she is soon getting insurance but any advice till then?
