What is the best thing to do with Spinal cord injury ?
My brother had an accident on the Judo mat while he was on his regular practice on the 19th of this month. X-ray reports show that c5 and c6 have moved away from one another. He is parallized from neck to toe, however senses are there upto his belly. He has been fixed him with bed with 12 Kg contraction and is still not out of danger.

im sorry to hear about your brothers accident.
the best thing for him is INTENSE therapy after this accident. a good place for him would be an acute rehabilitation unit of a hospital, not a long term care center (old folks home). in a acute rehab unit, your brother will get intensive therapy, up to 3 hours a day of physical and occupational therapy in order to help him either regai nfeeling, strength, or to learn how to do things for himself with his new limitations. this is especially beneficial if your brother is young. most insurances will cover a certain period of time in an acute rehab, and then he will have to go to therapy outpatient where he is driven to ther therapist during the week. even if he can only get a few weeks or a month in an acute rehab unit, it is better than nothing because their whole stay is centered around getting stronger and doing things for themselves. you can ask your brother's doctor for information on acute rehab units in your area, or the social worker working on your brother's case. good luck!
Have him attend physical therapy. With any luck they could perform muscular re-education and maybe he can get some movement back in his upper/lower extremities.
First I am very sorry for him and your family
I think he has to have the will and drive to want to walk and even practice Judo again. Compete
All the therapy in the world doesn't help if the person doesn't want it.
A lot of people won't agree but had a family member who gave up on therapy and never walked. I have a friend who broke her back and has done so well using her kids as inspiration and drive she has done more that Dr. said she would. we are all different. Just give him support stick by his side don't let him give up
Support him encourage him
Firstly, I'm sorry for your brother. C5 and C6? You haven't mentioned whether it's a complete spinal transsection or a hemisection.(ie, if the psinal cord is totallt cut off he going to knigdom come).Oh my God, if it was 1 spinal level above his lungs would've been paralysed. Spinal cord injuries take time to heal and don't worry if he is under good care. Just pray to God and hope he gets better, there's nothing else to do. His senses will start returning slowly and his bladder will be the fist one to get it back. When he can micturate on his own, it's a sign that it's returning to normal. Best of luck to your family and your little brother.
