What is the best thing to do with Spinal cord injury ?

My brother had an accident on the Judo mat while he was on his regular practice on the 19th of this month. X-ray reports show that c5 and c6 have moved away from one another. He is parallized from neck to toe, however senses are there upto his belly. He has been fixed him with bed with 12 Kg contraction and is still not out of danger.
I am repeating this question with a hope that it will fall infront of someone who would be able to help.

There are only two things that you CAN do:

1) Rush him to a really doctor to attend to him
2) Pray to the Allmighty!
go to your doc's house, bud
go to the doc's office and tell what happened
pray and never give up this but don't push to hard because you can damage something else or surgery can probably help depending on chances my dad was a spinal patient but he was able to walk but not for a long time he was on pain killers for ever your spinal cord is your life line so take care of yourself.
