Could it be TB spinal..?
My whole back is aching for more than 3 weeks. Got a heating cream from doctor but still aching. Got a massage but still aching.
The aching is making me very uncomfortable.

You're listening to hoofbeats and thinking zebras when you should probably stick to horses. First of all, there are any number of reasons your back could be aching. You may have strained it lifting too much weight or lifting improperly, and are continuing to do it so you reinjure and don't heal. You could have a too soft mattress, offering little to support the back while you sleep. You could have poor posture, walking or seated, or a bad chair to sit in. Your shoes could have too high a heel on them. Look for a simpler explaination to your problem. TB itself is rare enough these days, and it much prefers lung tissue at any rate. If you really think you have been exposed to active TB, go have a skin test. Unless you had a BCG vaccination, in which case you will need an x-ray. Also consider visiting a chiropracter or a Doctor of Osteopathy, for a more in depth exam to determine what the problem may be and how best to treat it. Most backaches have pretty straight forward explainations and treatments. Go find one of those, and you stand a greater chance of solving the problem.
I don't quite know what you are asking. But yes it is possible to have a tuberulosis infection of the brain and spine, though this is exceedingly rare. Probably onle seen mostly in severely immunocompromised patients (people with weakened immun systems) like HIV and cancer patients. Generally TB prefers respiratory tissues like the lungs. I doubt that your common problem, back pain, is being caused by such a rare disorder.
yes, if your back pain is not cured by heating cream OR a massage, than you have TB of the spine.
That's definately a possibility, out of 300 others.
