My dads just had spinal surgery and i am stressed does anyone know any ways to just let go?

Answers:
My mother had surgery to remove a brain tumor, and i was a wreck for a while. The things that i did to cure the stress was talking to my husband about it, taking up hobbies, like crocheting, cross stitching, going to the gym. the gym, or any kind of physical exercise is a natural stress reducer. In the end, what really made me feel better was praying, and telling myself that she was in God's hands. She told me that God never puts more on you than you can handle, and she's right. you will get through it, and so will your dad.
my mother is in remission for 2 yrs. now.

i hope your dad has a speedy recovery-
Yes try talking it out to a very close friend or relative, get involved ice skating, soccer, knitting, dance, basketball, movie watching ANYTHING! It will make you feel better. Also remind yourself your Father is in good hands and this is doing good for him and helping him get better.
I know what I do i don't know if it will help you, but just write how you feel all down on paper or in a journal and you might feel better. It helps me. wish you the best hope your dad's okay.
JUST TRUST IN GOD TRUST ME HE'LL WORK IT OUT JUST WATCH AND SEE....
Take some very deep breaths, in thru the nose, out thru the mouth.do this 3-4 times.and then try and think good thoughts.
