If u have ever had a L5-S1 spinal tear & tried therapy, spinal blocks, etc.?
please let me know what did or did not work for you. surgery has been suggested by one doctor to shave off bone that's hitting up against a nerve. i'm afraid of back surgery, after working at a physical rehab place & noticed that back surgery patients ended up addicted to pain killers, deformed, etc.
