I have a spinal injury, how can i rehabilitate myself for work?
I fell and now face fractures and spinal stenosis. I learned how to walk again. my faith is strong i will never stop trying!

with those diagnosis you need PRO help, as in going to physical therapy and them giving your the correct workouts and exercises. Online we have no idea of the shape you are in and what is right for you. Anything reccomended could do more harm then good because of the fact we don't know you and what shape you're in.

Fractures...I see. I have a bad spinal injury myself (expect it's spinal cord so no chance of me walking again- of course if stem cells break through, I might have a chance) As far as rehab go, I'm sure you to go a PT and what not, they might be naggy sometimes but they know what they are talking about and do what they ask you to do, and if you can't do it push yourself to a limit before letting the PT know what is it that you can't do and if there's another way to do the exercise.
I know how it is when you don't walk like you did before but good spirit, like I said to my friends, life rolls on *literally*

It's going to take some time, spinal injuries are serious. You may experience pain for a while because of so many nerves surrounding your spine. Take things gradually, because you may hurt yourself if you push too hard. Report any headaches too your doctor to prevent increased pressure that can occur in the spine as well as your brain (ICP). It also doesn't hurt to pray and god will help your healing process. Take pain medication before the onset of pain or activities. Wish you the best.
