The surgeon I work for has done about 15 x stop implants, all of our patients are doing well.. one got no relief so he removed it and did a laminectomy.. the traditional surgery for stenosis and now she is doing well...
You can try Physical Therapy. They will put you through some flexion exercises to help. It will by no means cure your stenosis but it does help with the symptoms of it.
