Hi I need spinal energy..more?

A few years ago I was in a car accident, that hurt my spine now every now and then it hurts, I also had some brain damage, I need a scientist who understands the humun body, my frontal lobes were damage is there anything technique, or equipment that can show me where the real damage is and how can I fix it more..please real answers..
OK now i don't know how severe your injuries were, but if you are able to walk around and move without too much pain you may want to try these two exercises I will list.

Both exercises should be done in a comfortable environment, wearing loose fitting, non-restrictive clothing in a place where you will not be disturbed.

The first is to kneel on the floor (preferably on a soft rug possibly with pillows beneath you knees) and then extend yourself (stretch) like a cat might do. You are essentially bowing and stretching your arms forward as if you are reaching for something.

The second is to stand and reach upward in the air as you push yourself up by the balls (the front) of your feet and then rock back onto your heels keeping your arms raised.

Breathing in and out as you extend in both exercises is also important. If you feel any pain doing this, stop and try again later, but go slowly. This may fix the pain immeiately or may take a day to see results.

In addition, keeping good posture at all times when sitting is also important. Sitting on soft objects like pillows can cushion and relieve the amount of stress you are putting on the spine unlike sitting on hard chairs or the floor.

Many times after an injury it is lack of excersise that makes the injury feel worse. We are sore and any movement hurts at first. Then as time goes on all we remember when we want to exercise is the last time we tried, it made things feel worse. This is not alway the case. After a while, the lck of exercise of movement of the injured area actually makes matters worse. Part of therapy is to slowly and gently get the body accustomed to the manner it moved in before our injuries.

Go slow, drink plenty of water and think positively about your ability to repair yourself. The body is (with the help of the mind) designed to do just that.
