Had a spinal fusion 2 years ago, in pain again, now have spinal neuropathy. I had an emg done and the right?

side was abnormal. My pain goes down my leg also. Can anyone explain what this is and what will my neuro doctor suggest now. I have another appt in 2 weeks, and would like to know what my options might be.

Hope this helps, I do have a spinal fusion, including rods and other nifty appliances in my back due to scoliosis in 1981.
