I have a spinal stimulator for chronic pain. Does anyone know if I can use a sauna or tanning bed?

One thing about chronic back pain is that lying in one position for too long can cause increase pain.

Heat may reduce short term pain so a sauna is okay for short term relief.

For a tanning bed, if you are able to lie down for the time you need to tan then it should be ok. The last thing you want to get stuck on the bed and can't get up.
