Should I have spinal fusion at L5S1 for a degenerated disc? Six months of physical therapy has not helped.?



Answers:
This is something you have to answer yourself. If after all this physical therapy and it's still bothering you perhaps you should sit down with your doctor and have a talk about it.
This doesn't mean it'll cure you, what do you have, a bulging disc a slipped disc? or a degenerated disc. If you have the later do you have degenerative disc disease? I do. Than your looking at a fusion. Think about it.
