Any try the spinal decompression machines yet?
How was it? Good effect or snake oil?
Answers:
I haven't, but you can just try gently free hanging from a bar.
If you have spine problems, try Tai Chi and QiGong, combined with treatments from a good massage therapist. I have a couple of compressed vertebrae with partially herniated disks. I used to disable my back just by leaning over to clean a table or bending to pick something up off the floor. I've been doing Tai Chi and QiGong for over a year now and no longer have problems with the disks. I no longer plan my days around my pain.
they work very well with herniated discs
no I haven't but you may want to try Bikram Yoga... it works...
Machines are not meant to give relief to humans. Get a massage, from a qualified professional - that does the trick.
