I had a spinal fusion in January and since then my back cracks.?

Some days my back will crack as much as 20 x. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Answers:
no its normal and will be something you will have to get used to. Im sure the doctor provided you the details of what the procedure does so I wont bore you on that again. He should have also gave you a list of activities to avoid.

I will state however you shouldnt/cant do everything you did before the fusion. like bending down to touch you toes.
Check with your doc and/or your physical therapist.

I've been told that cracking joints / fingers / neck etc is not actually bad for you like we've been told, but with your history it may be something else that's a problem and the cracking is just a result. Check it out.
