People with spinal injuries?

I habe an herniated disc ,in my spine results to injury in sports, went to-the hospital they was ready to operated, and the power was out for hours they cancel the operation thank GOD, for that is till habe the hernia, but went to other DR.Give-me a prescription for Neuroviol is complex whit vitamins B.12 and recommended especial exercise, keep my weigh down, and walk everyday, i don't habe pain no more for about 15 years, but remember everybody is different tipe if injury, i now can be very costly, especial if you don't habe insurance.
