Treatment for spinal cord disorder?

in my previous question i asked about attaxia attack. But i cant tell that this attack of attaxia is started from the spinal cord. Because her spinal cord is disorder. She cant balanced her from her waist.when we tried her to stand independently she can't stand on her feet, we have to caught her from two side. She also can't sit in bathroom lonely. She cant do her physical work like bathing, walking etc. And slowly slowly this problem is increase and now her hands are also defected by this problem. We cant understand why this problem is increase slowly. we cant identify when the probleme is increase. After one year we find that the problem is increasing from previous year. we r in so trouble. plz if anyone has a right answer to remove this problem so please give mail to me or please give me ur contact no. we are so thankful of you if we get the treatment for this problem.
Once again i want to tell you the problem is in Spinal cord. her spina cord is disorder.
