Adults with develpmental disabilities vs spinal cord injuries?
Which would it be more difficult to take care of. Im looking to get into direct care and the two jobs for which im applying for are for either/or these two. And what is exactly is Developmentally disabled adult? What would my duties be in the overnight shift?

Developmentally disabled adults used to be called mentally retarded. Your duties would depend on where you are working, such as in a group home or more of a nursing home situation.
I would think that severely developmentally challenged adults would be more difficult to take care of because it's essentially taking care of a child- you're responsible for everything. Same goes for a physically disabled adult, however, their mental faculties would be in tact.
