my friend said she has like air gaps in between her spinal bones or something , and she automatically cracks her back every now and then . so is theree anything that can be done about it?>

nope it perfectly normal just like cracking the fingers it just compressed hair between bones it nothing unatural and wont harm you some people are more clicky then others some peoples kness crack or their neck so tell your friend not to worry
