Is there any treatment for spinal dimilination? what is the treatment? whether it may be cured?

I am going to assume you mean Demyelinization.
This occurs in several disorders including M.S. and some Dystrophies. They do not have a cure for any of these disorders, nor do they have a cure for the symptom of Demyelinization.
These disorders attack the myelin sheath which is a covering over your nerve system. It is like the insulation over wiring. When demyelinization occurs it essentially makes holes in the myelin sheath which exposes your nerves. This causes a wide range of symptoms such as pain, muscles twitching, spasms, contaction of muscles etc.
There are medications that can help with the symptoms but sadly no cure.
If you have further info as to what they are testing for, other symptoms, or just need further info on demyelinization you can email me through my profile on answers.
