Had spinal fusion l5 s1. some movements cause toes 2 turn and move in wierd ways why?

diognosis is permanant nerve damage & chronic pain. take 30 mgs morphine. lyrica 75 mgs,10 mgs flexrill,phenergan ,nabutone ,30mgs,temazapam 2 sleep.im 27, & my doc wants 2 put pump in spine.3 days ago i was sitting down in a chair. i went to pull myself into a sit -str-8 possision, and my toes were turning & twisted ..involentaraly..by them selves.they went back 2 normal when i got in the sit- straight possision. i freaked out, but was curious if it would happen again, it sure did. now im paranoied 2 do anything, since my legs r heavy and all the pain i have...im scared of somehow being parilized from the waist doown, i called doc , but hes out of town until next wed.am i being too parinoied? is this normal 2 happen, even with 1 failed surgery and 3 months later a spinal fusion? please, someone...give me a good awnser so i stop wiggin out! im spooked to loose control of my legs, could that be the begining stage? whats wrong with me? derrick
