Do spinal stretching exercises help a 17 year old male to grow any taller?

I have found lots of information on yoga exercises that help the body elongate, therefore amking you taller. Is it all a myth or is there some truth behind it?

Its a myth. Your height is determined by your genetics at the moment of conception. This fixes your maximum height potential. Injury, poor diet, disease, drugs and toxins can stop you reaching this potential maximum, but nothing will result in you exceeding it.
