My spinal column seem to pop everytime i move or stretch. Is that bad?

I used to skate but now I can't because of school. When i stretch or do some figure skating moves off-ice (Spiral-arabesque, ina bauer, biellman position, Y-Position, Skid Position and the like...) my back bones seems to pop one by one. IS it bad? It kinda freaks me out~!

when we do things it set a pathway for the future it seems .My neck use to pop and snap and it would make it feel better for the moment. now the after effects I have had a neck operation and two back arthritis set in my body and then problem after prob. for me I stay in pain 24-7 so get it check now to keep from having future pprob. by the right kind of dr. that deals in bones only.


Do exercises to strengthen your back muscles and they can support you spine better. I would avoid doing crazy things like an arabesque until you have more back strength.
