Large spinal canal?
Does anybody know about a treatment for a large spinal canal? My symptoms are: numbness on the R side of my body, starting below my breast. My Dr stated there is no treatment.

That sounds a bit perplexing to me. Being someone who works with spinal injuries and monitors spinal surgeries; I don't know of a condition in which a large spinal canal is a bad thing.
Not to say that something like that doesn't exist, I just have never heard of such a thing and it doesn't make sense to me based on my knowledge of neurophysiology and the anatomy of the spine.
Generally speaking most problems with the spinal canal involve some sort of stenosis (narrowing) causing constriction on the cord and/or nerve roots; not anything having to do with too much space in the canal. Most issues of numbness or pain have options.
If you are having numbness on the right side from your breast down, I would expect that you have some sort of cord compression in the mid thoracic region of your spine. Not knowing much about your history, films, or anything else about you short of your question, it's hard to say what exactly might be causing the numbness. However, numbness in general is usually caused by compression or injury to sensory nerves. This is clearly a case for a neurologist or neurosurgeon (and probably both) to look into for you. If your primary care physician hasn't consulted with one of them already, they obviously should be. If they have, then I would seek a better explanation from the neuro docs or a 2nd opinion.
You need to see a NEUROLOGIST ASAP.
