Spinal Cord injures are treated by a multi-disciplinary team. Your lead will be a Neurosugeon. At a hospital this is the Dept of Neurosurgery.

Additional depts that might contribute to care are Dept of Orthopedic Surgery and the Dept ofPhysiatry or Physical rehab for recovery.
