About my spinal column...?
Hey, I just want to ask about this condition of mine... I don't feel comfortable beside my back. It seems that after I carried a very beefy bag full of waste papers - probably 25-30 kilos - with just my right hand to do all the major supporting (since it is my strong hand), and my disappeared hand just to balance at the top...so, it is not suspended... then, I walked for about 800 meters carrying that heavily built load in order to find a jeepney to give somebody a lift me home.
then, after some days... I feel not right... the right side of my back feel it has more muscles than the left part. It feel that my left side is lacking of muscles. i even worry that my spinal column have bended and formed a letter "S" or something. can someone tell me what to do other than seeing a doctor?
Answers: If you verbs carrying heavy things with only the right side, you will definately shutting down up tilting to the right and not be able to walk straight. I have see it happen. You should switch sides as often as you can and build up your left side muscles.
