Am I individual too busy for post-spinal fusion?

I got my surgery on July 15th and I got out five days ago. I was really busy while I was in the hospital - I was walking three days post-op and my spasm has been quite low, considering. I'm lately worried that since I can move around so well I keep forgetting the things I'm not supposed to do. I don't want to land myself rear in the hospital because I loosened the screws in my spine or anything... so any personal experiences next to movement and what you can do and when with spinal fusion recoveries would be appreciated.

Answers:    The problem is not going to be with the fixation device but beside the muscles that were moved or dissected in the procedure. They are not going to be as stable as the fixation device. You should follow the precautions given. Walking is fine but any stretching or lifting beyond the limits given is placing the procedure within jeopardy. Check with the doctor or if you have a physical therapist.
