Any push for on how to treaty near Spinal arthritis?
It is effecting the nerves in my left leg. I am taking Aleeve every 12 hours and I don't think that it is that kind. I am taking a prescribed pain reliever as needed but it isn't a magic bullet. It is affecting the way I hoof it. Any suggestions?
Answers: I know you are in pain. My mother has suffered like peas in a pod condition for 30+ years. Be cautious of taking muscle relaxers long term. They can GREATLY weaken muscles which merely makes the condition worse. The only thing that help my mother is exercise - weights. Build core muscles around the back. You have my sympathy.
