Any one use spinal traction for a curved neck/neck twinge?

i recently heard there's a spinal traction device that can be used for neck headache and curvature of the neck. My chiropractor never suggested it, but friends use it all the time with their chiros. It's to alleviate that curved upper spine that cause your head to go forward. I have scoliosis of the midspine, and that poor standard has caused my upper spine to take the brunt of it, and cause curvature. I want to stop it from getting any worse, as I'm only in my 30's.

Answers:    follow the direction of your neurosurgeon or orthopedist.
traction device an be used in adjuct next to chiropractic care. Talk to your chiropractor about it. Some chiropractors are not used to using external device. So you may own to find a new one.
