Anybody hold problems beside a Spinal Fusion tons years after the surgery?

I had my spinal fusion 31 years ago. I have a double curve and my rod goes from T4 to L5 and is loose on the bottom. I be informed by the neuro surgeon there is nothing he can do for me because of the thickening and adjectives the damage. I've tried chiropractors, muscle relaxers, TENS unit and pain meds. I have shots a month ago in L4, L5 and S1 to numb them and inject pain meds. It hurt like hell! It took 12 shots to numb me and as of today I am still within pain. Most days I can only lay on my side because the pain is so fruitless to sit or stand. Any help out there in the world?? Thanks.
I work within the medical field . xray CT MRI .

Ive seen doctors do surgery to insert a morphine pump into the body and they change it every 4 months. its a constant flow you dont acquire the highs and lows of the other pain meds no chance of over doseing . I really dont see a down side.

Also A cramp patch can help as well. Go see a few more doctors then find a aching doctor that will help you if that fails. Until then emergency the meds till they fix you and take them on time so your not playing catch up beside the pain. If the doctor thinks thats not a bad concept ask him how are you are supposed to live like this . Tell him you dont care about the shots or the meds you basically want to be able to function (key word there)
Im sorry you have to go through this I longing you all the best of luck . Talk to a few doctors about what i said feel free to contact me if you want to ask me more questions.
