Anybody own Spinal Stenosis or know of somebody that have it?
I'm 31 yrs old and have the symptoms of this..Some days i can hardly amble..Sitting down seems to help..What are your soloutions? Thanks
My grandmother, mother, and husband have it. Believe it or not the best psychiatric help is to keep moving. They all went for physical psychiatric therapy which really helped alot. The therapist told them to keep doing everything she can and be as busy as possible. For the bad days, use heat (yes heat) and anti inflammatories like Advil, Motrin, or prescription. The more helpful you are at your age, the longer you will put off the really painful time. As you get elder it will be harder, but try to keep going as much as possible. My gram is 91, so keep moving.
