Anyone own surgery for spinal stenosis? did your symptoms come rear legs?

i had a laminectomy 4 years ago when i was 20. it helped like mad but now i think my symptoms are coming back. my leg is getting numb and tingly again and it's knotty to walk and stand for a long time. i ride horses and just had a desperate fall. i know i shouldn't ride, but i love it so much! i don't want to sacrafice quality of life because of my stupid posterior. could another surgery help? my surgeon has since retired.
I haven't personally have surgery for this, but my mum had it 24 years ago, and her symptoms did come back 18 years later and she have the surgery again 4 years ago and it sorted it out again. i reccommend you see your doctor about it and find out about having the surgery again.
