Are adjectives spinal yoga postures biddable for the hindmost? ?

I have mild scoliosis and I'm doing certain yoga moves. But I was wondering if adjectives yoga positions that work the spine are good for scoliosis and lengthening the spine. Or would certain postures worsen my back instead of sustain? I'm really not sure and need your help.

I stop doing yoga because i had a problem in my leg a year ago and i still own it!
