Back aching spinal treatmens?

if it is a slip disc they just do an operation and then you do physical therapy. but in recent times to let you know my uncle has a slip disc and he has surgery and it did not assist at all so surgery does not fix every thing... Rest, elevate knees/legs with a firm pillow and use hot, moist fry. Get a hand towel, wet it thoroughly, wring it out, put it in a plastic shopping type shoulder bag, put it in the microwave for 3 minutes and lay on it.; do this every hour for 10 minutes. Also, ibuprofen for swelling and muscle spasm..and extra strength Tylenol or Advil if you can handle aspirin products. If you lie on your side when you sleep, put a pillow contained by between your knees to keep your hips level and keep the pressure past its sell-by date. While laying in bed do stomach exercises, hold your stomach for a count of 10 at least ten times and at most minuscule 10 times a day. Also, squeeze your butt cheeks tight and hold count of 10, ten times at least 10 times a day. If you can bring up and out, try walking short distances for about 30 minutes a day. Good luck. P.S. After a couple of days of moist heat, you can use rime...this helps also.
walking Having major back surgery 2 years ago. I would support ANYONE to check all of their options before have any kind of surgery done. I wish I had never have it. And I know quite a few people who agree with me. Though I have a wonderful Doctor, the pain is still with me everyday. My life have completely changed. Best of luck to you.
